The Sharks Are After Your Money
It didn't take long for the sharks to show up, once they smelled "blood in the water".
Suddenly it seemed that shady salesmen were popping up online left and right, selling collections of "content sites" to would-be AdSense publishers. Not a bad idea in itself, but there were two major problems:

The quality of the "content" on these sites was mediocre at best, and...

They were being sold thousands of times...each.
So now there were thousands of sites all over the 'net with the exact same content. The sites were all exactly the same.
Guess what happened for the thousands of people who all bought the same sites?
Nothing - that's what happened.
Because the sites contained duplicate content, the search engines ignored them. No search engine traffic, no Adsense clicks, no income.
Then Came The Page Generators -
And Things Got Worse
When the first "page generator" software packages hit the market, people got really excited.
The 'net was alive with stories of entrepreneurs who just pressed a button, created thousands of pages in a few minutes, and then started raking in the AdSense cash hand-over-fist.
It didn't take the search engines very long to figure out what was going on.
Overnight, Google and other search engines started de-indexing sites faster than the automated page generators could FTP the pages to a server.
Boy, were people upset.
Here they'd spent all this money on their automated page generating software and now it was worthless.
I couldn't help but wonder...
What Did They Expect?
The truth is simple: automated page generators that crank out sites that are thousands of pages of "junk" text are trying to scam the search engines!
Think about it.
If you own a search engine, the "product" you offer your customers is good, quality search results.
If someone comes to your search engine and types in "chicken recipes", that's what they want to find. How does that person feel if they end up at a page filled with nonsense text and the words "chicken" and "recipe" peppered all over the page...surrounded by ads?
They feel frustrated.
The search engine owner does not want that to happen. They want people to find what they're searching for - good, high-quality information and content.
Trying to "fool" the search engines with "generated" pages was always destined to fail.

Doing It Right Pays Big Dividends
While all this was going on, I was quietly cranking out real content sites and making good money with them.
What makes for a "real" content site?
There are some common traits that successful content sites share:

Unique content that is not duplicated over thousands of sites.

Custom graphics making the site look and feel different than other sites on the same subject.

Strategic placement of ads for maximum click-throughs.
When you combine these elements along with a few other secrets of getting your sites indexed and ranked in the search engines, you'll find your AdSense income rising steadily.
I have been cranking out sites for a couple of years now - and I have an AdSense Empire of over 800 websites all using my little "bag of tricks" that turns each site into a money-maker.
Here's The Really Good News
I think you're going to be happy to learn what I'm about to tell you: it isn't difficult to do what I've done.
In fact, I'll be happy to spell out the exact formula for you in just a moment or two.
Before I do, let me share some things that may put a smile on your face. I have learned:

You don't need to find a "secret niche" with no competition. In fact, it's probably better that you don't. Stick with me, and I'll show you how you can dominate niches that are already crowded with competitors - and make piles of money doing it.

|
You don't need to be a world-class writer (or hire world-class writers). Yes, your content needs to be good - but there is plenty of room to make good money with content that is "good enough".
|
|
|
You don't need to worry too much about complex Search Engine Optimization formula and techniques. SEO is important - but there are some shortcuts that will have you making money in a short period of time.
|
Now, I promised you the formula for creating money-making content sites. Here it is:

|
Content that can't be found anywhere else. Notice I didn't say information that can't be found anywhere else. It's just fine if you're sharing information that can be found elsewhere, as long as the content is not an exact duplicate of some other site.
|
|
|
Custom graphics and "look and feel". You want your site to instantly convey credibility and professionalism, as well as making your site distinct from others in the niche.
|
|
|
Changing content. Search engines love sites that are frequently updated, so make sure you update your sites on a regular (and frequent) basis.
|
|
Good keyword density. You need to make sure your keywords (the ones people will be searching on to find your site) appear in the content the right number of times. Too few mentions of the keyword, or even too many, can cause your search engine ranking to be low.
|
|
Strong linking strategy. You do need links from other highly-ranked sites, so linking strategies must be part of your business plan.
|
But What If You Don't Want To Do All That?
It's a fair question. What if you don't want to do all this work?
No problem.
Just hire it out. You'll need to find the following people for your team:

Professional Writers. While the writing doesn't have to be award-winning quality, it does need to be professional, proofed, and presentable.
|
|
|
Graphic Designer. In order for each site to be distinct and have its own "look and feel", you need a graphic designer you can depend on to do: (A) good work, and (b) work that is on time.
|
|
|
Tech/IT Specialist. If you're serious about your business, you don't have the time to spend messing around with servers, etc. If you're going to be putting up enough sites to make you any real money, you need a tech guy who can get the work done fast, right, and on time.
|
|
Web Master. This is the person who can take the beautiful graphics created by your graphic designer, the great copy you got from your writer, and put them together into a well-designed web site.
|
But That Sounds Expensive, Doesn't It?
Well, yes, that does get to be expensive.
Hiring those people full-time can be very expensive -- and you never really know if you've hired the right person. If they turn out to be the wrong hire, it can be disastrous.
What about hiring freelancers?
You can get some cheap rates on one of the "lance" sites, but you don't always get the quality you want. Sometimes you end up working with someone who barely speaks English. Not the kind of problem you want to be dealing with, trust me.
Wouldn't it be easier... cheaper... and all-around better... if someone just did it all for you?

Of course, we're not sitting across from one another. But we have done some test marketing of our service, and we've paid special attention to the questions our clients ask. In fact, we've been fanatics about capturing all the questions we're asked, and figuring out what the top questions are.

Question: Is the content really unique?
Yes, we provide unique content for your niche written by our in-house article writers. These are not recycled "junk" articles. They are not written by someone overseas who can't write a comprehensible English sentence. They are not "scrambled up" by some automatic software.
These are good, solid, valuable articles - and you own them. And only you own them - we don't share duplicate content with any of our members.
Question: Can I really choose my own Niche? Or is it just "multiple choice" from stuff you already have?
Yes, you choose your own niche each month as long as the niche fits within the terms of Google's terms of service.
